1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to IELTSRise. By accessing or using our website, software, APIs, and educational tools (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not access or use the Service.

2. Subscription Billing & Fees

IELTSRise offers certain premium educational features, including AI essay grading and unlimited mock testing packages, on a subscription or pay-per-token model.

• Recurring Billing: Premium memberships are billed on a recurring subscription cycle (monthly or annually) starting on the date of purchase. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. Any price modifications will take effect at the start of your subsequent billing cycle, with prior notice provided to your registered email address.
• Stripe Live Mode: All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. You agree to provide a valid, authorized credit card or payment credential.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard billing settings or by contacting support.

• Sub-Credits & Tokens: Cancellations will stop future billing. You will retain full access to your remaining credits and features until the end of your current active billing period.
• Refunds: Due to the immediate costs of operating high-fidelity LLM APIs for AI essay evaluation and transcript voice synthesis, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided for partial billing cycles or unused AI credits unless required by local consumer protection laws.

4. Description of Service

IELTSRise provides AI-driven grading, scoring models, listening monologues, writing prompts, and simulated score cards. All materials, grades, and mock test scores are for educational practice purposes and do not represent guaranteed outcomes on the official IELTS examination administered by IDP or Cambridge Assessment.

5. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access practice history and purchase tokens, you must register for an account using a valid email. You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure and for all actions that occur under your user identity. Attempting to bypass AI query limits, scrape monologues, or reverse engineer our system endpoints is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IELTSRise and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the educational service, including third-party payment issues or examination results.
